Monday! I hate it, you hate it- in fact, all of us hate it. Every god weekend awaits the bad day. In particularly, it’s the most hate day. I will say. Do you ever think why do we hate Mondays? In the first place,it sucks anyways. In reality, maybe we are too lazy to start working in the week again.
We have our own reasons to hate this day. Anyways, we will give you some scientific reasons for why you hate Monday.
A Sleepy Monday
Since we don’t get much sleep during the week. Most of us try to cover that lack that up during the weekends. As you add up a little extra hours to your sleep it disturbs your mind, confusing it. Therefore you feel a lot sleepier during Monday.
A Sudden Change
All the work days are equally bad. The reason why you feel bad about Monday is because it is the first day of the week after a much anticipated weekend.
You Feel Bad About Yourself
Since on weekends you eat junk,hang out or even smoke more than usual. This is why you feel unhealthy about yourself resulting in a bad start.
You Don’t Like Your Job
Another important point is that around 70% people hate their jobs which actually leads to the term MondayBlues. According to a study 37% of people submit their job applications on Tuesday, more than any other day since you had a rough start of the week.
You Didn’t Do Your Homework
Not to mention, if you are a student you probably were so busy having a good weekend that you forgot about your homework. Oops! your teacher is going to be cross the next day.
